Throughout the life of the Church, PCEA Neema has been supporting the Mission Department of the Presbyterian Church of East Africa financially in order for the church to be able to pursue her local mission.

In July 2018, the Church founded the Worcester Mission Church, PCEA Neema-Worcester and combined the same with Tumaini in Springfield to be under the pastoral charge of the Rev. Joseph Wakaba. PCEA Neema continues to support this mission initiative.
